Sounds PLUS Healing proudly offers a variety of vibracoustic sound healing services for individuals or groups. Theses experiential and experimental journeys are often referred to as “sound baths” or “soundscapes” that transform the mind, body and sprit through the use of a multitude of sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, drums, gongs and more.
Every one of us has the power to heal one Self. As your Certified Vibracoustic Practitioner I will assist you in connecting with your inner self facilitate healing and positive change through the use of sound and sound healing instruments.. The intention of our sessions is to co-create an environment that nourishes the mind ,body and spirit. that is beneficial to your wellness, balancing of your chakras, raising your vibration, and gently moving you to a state of deep relaxation.
As with all sound healing services involving energy work, what you receive from a session depends upon how open you are to receiving. Each person has their own unique experience. Be assured that I set my intention to be of loving assistance. I am simply the instrument for the sound and healing that is intuitively played during our sessions.
Private – Individual
The Sounds PLUS Healing Private – Individual session is our most sought after sound healing experience. Lasting approximately 90-120 minutes, your personal soundscape is co-created into a one-of-a-kind personal healing journey. These sessions are done in person or from a distance and include some sharing a little before (setting intentions) and after your sound session is complete (reflection and self-care). Sound session for individuals with Dementia, Autism, Cancer, Pregnancy, and Stress will be treated with utmost professionalism. Private – Individual sessions are enjoyed in our private studio, in your home or any location of your choice. We also offer online services for those who live abroad. Pricing starts at $50 per hour.
Private – Group
Our sound healing sessions are designed for Private Groups who wish to experience the limitless health benefits in a closed group setting. This will allow for the group of participants to experience a sound bath amongst family, friends, coworkers, etc. As with other sound bath experiences, the private group session use the shared intention of the group adds to amplify the effects of the journey. Locations for this type of experience can be booked either into our private studio or at a location of your choice. Prices are based on group size and location.
Public – Group
The overall aim of providing sound healing sessions for Public Groups in an open forum is to offer a unique experience where the energy and shared intention of the group adds an additional component to amplify the sound bath experience. Open to the public sessions are often themed events towards health, wellness, and creativity. These events often require reservations to ensure the size of the group does not exceed the capacity of the venue. Session will be held in our private studio and can be found on the EVENTS page of this website. Prices vary according to the type of session being offered.
Schools & Classrooms
Group soundscapes in schools are designed for both students and staff with a primary focus on lessening the symptoms of stress; indications of improved productivity and focus; and group coherence and team building (teachers). Sessions can be designed for the individual student, an entire class room, a specific grade level, or for an entire school. These can be set up on site (at the school) in indoor or outdoor locations. Large scale performance will require sound amplification using microphones and speakers.
Corporate Wellness
In today’s fast-paced working world, many companies are now seeking out alternative ways to ensure the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of its staff. At, Sounds PLUS Healing we believe that sound healing is an powerful and preventative tool for dealing with work-related stress, or for improving creativity, inspiration and team dynamics. Sound healing session may also be included as part of a conference / professional development program – eg with a well-being focus at the end of a conference.
